Cancellation Policy

Applicable Terms

The following cancellation policy applies to all of our services-

  1. User must submit cancellation 3 days before service expiry.
  2. Service can not be cancelled if there is any outstanding balance due on your account.
  3. All cancellation can be processed either at the end of billing cycle or immediately. The option can be selected by the user.
  4. No unused days will be credited to the user account in case of any service cancellation.
